A player is repeatedly using the n-word in chat. Another staff member tells you to ignore it because the player is a donator. What do you do?*

You catch a player using kill aura on video. They're a long-term member with no prior punishments and they deny it. Walk through your full response — gathering evidence, communicating with the player, the punishment itself, and the appeal process.*

You're alone moderating chat. Three different reports come in within 60 seconds: a hacker in spawn, a player being doxxed in DMs, and a chat argument escalating into harassment. Order of priority and why?*
